You can order at anytime if you want to collect your order during our operating hours. In such case, please note your collect time in ‘Additional Information’ on Checkout. Any other orders made outside Online Order Hours would be cancelled and fully refunded on request

Collections
Meal preparation time is between 5 and 25 minutes depending on menu. Normally, your orders would be ready in 20~30 minutes during peak times. We would send email notification when order is ready to pick up. If there is any delay due to high number of orders at particular times, we would text you with estimated pickup time. If you note your favourable pickup time in ‘Additional Information’ on Checkout, we would best try to prepare your order just by then (eg, you can order at noon and pick it up at 5:30pm by notifying that on ‘Additional Information’ on Checkout).
Special Requests
Our takeaway meals would leave our shop as shown in this website. For any special request, please enter those details under ‘Additional Information’ on Checkout. We would try our best to serve your need.
Credit Card Surcharge Explained
Due to economic impacts caused by Covid-19, we have now decided not to promote the use credit card. (we are currently paying 2.48% merchant fees on credit card sales and 0.95% on payWave sales). We would keep credit card facility at our shop, but credit card surcharge would be automatically added by the card terminal machine. There would be no charge if you pay by bank account eftpos card or debit card.
To promote website order, however, we would cover the half the credit card fees charged. Currently, eWay charges us 3.4% (incl GST), so the credit card surcharge to online customers would be 1.7% (incl GST).
We will be constantly searching for better payment solutions and bring in if that benefits customers.
